Tax Relief

Some goods can be relieved from VAT when supplied to disabled people.

In order to claim relief, HM Customs & Excise require our customers to complete an eligibility declaration to this effect, you can download one below.

Please complete the declaration once you have made your purchase, sign and return it to Richard Ward Ltd, 113 High Street, Odiham, Hampshire, RG29 1LA. If you are eligable the VAT portion of your purchase will be refunded to you by Richard Ward Ltd.
